COVID 19 Update -- Shuttle Bus Operational Changes July 6 2020
Parking Services will be reactivating the West Campus Shuttle Bus service effective Monday July 6 2020. For more information on precautions put in place for our customers, click here.
COVID 19 Phase 1 Reopening Update – Parking Office by Appointment Only
Please note the parking office in West Campus at Building T32 (building between Lots N and P and adjacent to the McMaster Childrens Centre daycare) is providing pick up services by appointment only. Payment will not be accepted at the office at this time. If you did not previously have a transponder in March 2020 and need parking access now or if you need to make a pick up appointment, please email parking@mcmaster.ca for further information. If you are attending a booked appointment, please park in Lot P, parking in front of the office is not allowed.
No Cash Payments as of July 2nd 2020
Effective July 2 2020, Cash payments will no longer be accepted at the parking pay stations located in Lot C, Lot I, Lot H and Lot M.
Parking payment options that will be accepted are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) and debit cards, no cash transactions.

Parking Automation Equipment Upgrades
Over the past year, parking services has completed significant automation equipment upgrades to the to the exit lane payment stations at parking lot H, Stadium underground, Lot E and Lot Q.
The improvements now offer the customer a parking payment option of debit card and apple pay while continuing to accept credit card payment.
Parking services will work towards advancing these upgrades to other parking lots on campus.

Parking in Lots Q, I, M, N, P and K will be impacted by upcoming construction and large equipment deliveries to Lot Q starting the week of November 18th. For more details please click here.

Please note the deadline to exchange the old transponders above for a new transponder below at no charge is August 31st 2017. As of September 1st 2017 new transponders (below) will have to be purchased at the full cost of $40 each.
